I came to IFS therapy not as a therapist, but as a client — at a moment when everything I understood about myself was up for change. I wasn't falling apart. I didn't hate myself. But something wasn't working, and I wanted to understand why — without shame, without judgment, just honest curiosity about my own inner world.

IFS gave me that. And it changed everything.

I left my career, earned my Master of Social Work, a degree that allowed me to practice clinical psychotherapy, and built a practice devoted entirely to IFS — because I wanted to offer others what I had found. A way to understand yourself so completely that even the hardest seasons become navigable.
